The most likely cause of this error is that your computer is missing .Net Framework witch can be downloaded from Microsoft here. Once installed,re-download our software from this website and re-try the installation process.

2) Software non responsive when directed to retrieve a specific password.

Check if all fields are properly filled out and double check if the username selected is valid.

3) DLL not found error during execution.

Re-download and re-install the software.

4) This file-type is not supported.

This software is currently only available on Windows,the above error message will only appear if you are running on a MAC OS system.
